I saw this in the voting for the "Artwork Sold In June" contest, and simply had to see it closer. Perhaps because much of my growing up was in Arizona where I had plenty of time and opportunity to observe various cactus flowers, I must tell you, this one is SPECTACULAR! Your photo work is exquisite, showing both the seeming delicacy of the blossom, and both the resiliency and mass of the supporting cactus. It is rare to find a photo (or painting) in which the balance is so perfectly detailed and yet constrained. VERY well done! V & V & F
